The seminar on access to environmental information for representatives of public officials was held in Lviv

On 18-19 May 2010, EPL held the seminar on access to environmental information for public officials. The seminar was attended by representatives of State administrations of environmental protection from all over Ukraine (24 regions of Ukraine).

During the seminar the following issues were discussed:

1.    The notion of environmental information.
2.    Types and sources of environmental information.
3.    Active and passive dissemination of environmental information by public authorities.
4.    Legal responsibility for violations of informational legislation.
